Course set up early as possible 6:00
Driver and Judge registration 6:45 to 7:30
Bus inspection and review for judges and drivers 6:45 to 7:30
ALL EVENTS, MEETINGS, REGISTERATION AND COURSESES, etc. WILL BE AT THAT LOCATION
DRESS FOR THE DAY
Written examine and driver and judge meetings 7:45 to 8-30
(Everyone needs to attend)
Walk through on course (not mandatory) 8:30 to 8:45
Opening ceremonies 8:45
9:00 starts with Special Needs, vans, then conventional and transit
Pre-trip will start at 9:00 and conventional and transit drivers should be doing it while vans are on course. Van drivers will do pre-trip at their respective areas after they drive. All pre-trip will be done before transits are off the course.
Food and eating arrangements will be announced the day of the event.
VERY IMPORTANT THIS YEAR
IF YOU WIN AN EVENT, YOU MUST BE AT THE AWARDS CEREMONY IN ORDER TO PARTICIPATE AT THE STATE.
Reminder just because you feel you did not do well enough does not mean you lost.
